    About Warhammer 40,00

Warhammer 40,000 is a table-top wargame produced by Games Workshop set in mankinds far future, the 41st millanium. This page refers to the previous version of the game, since I didn`t like the rule changes in the latest version.

    My 40K army

I collect an Imperial Guard army for 40K. I started to collect them because When I first saw them they looked like a real life army. I liked the fact that there were all different regiments and that there were LOTS of tanks, again, like a real army. Before I bought anything however, I read the background in the Codex. The more I read the more they appelled to me and I went and bought some straight away. Anyway, enough of this walfaling on. Here is my army:

    Player Adverts

This was an idea I had while I was typing out this page. On the warhammer newsgroup I often see people asking if any games players live in there area. So I thought it would be a good idea if all these requests were centralised. If you wish to be added to this list fill in this form and click here to view the list which is now too large for here.

    Interesting 40K links

Here are a list of interesting 40K links that I have found. If there are any you have found that you think should be on this list drop me an e-mail and I 'll add it.

    Newsgroup rec.games.miniatures.warhammer
This newsgroup is my favorite 40K resouce that I have found so far. Occationally it can collapes into a flame war (Eldar and Chaos esp.) but it is very amusing and quite informative sometimes :)

    http://www.games-workshop.com/
This is the offical Games Workshop site. It's not amazing but it's worth a look if you haven't seen it before.

    http://www.yahoo.com/Recreation/Games/Wargaming/Warhammer_40_000
The Yahoo search engine page for Warhammer 40,000 sites. Best launch platform for exploring these sites...After mine though.

    http://homepages.iol.ie/~redcafe/hammer/index.html
Niall Mullally's WH40K website devoted to Wh40K fiction.

    http://www.geocities.com/TimesSquare/Alley/8732/
    Kristian Tuszynski's website.

    http://www.angelfure.com/wa/Da40kKlub

    http://www.geocities.com/area51/stargate/5147
Warhammer 40,000 Central. A very impressive site: well designed, good looking and useful content. The art is especially good.
